Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ETH Genesis website, services, or protocol (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

ETH Genesis provides a platform for Ethereum community members to verify eligibility and claim airdrop tokens through a decentralized, on-chain distribution mechanism. We do not custody funds, execute trades, or provide investment advice.

To interact with our protocol, you may connect a self-custodial wallet. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys and seed phrases
• All activity that occurs under your wallet address
• Ensuring your wallet connection is secure and legitimate

Airdrop eligibility is determined by on-chain criteria published in advance. By claiming tokens, you acknowledge that:

• Tokens are distributed on a best-effort basis and claim availability is not guaranteed
• Gas fees or relayer fees may apply depending on the claim mechanism
• The Genesis team reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria to prevent abuse
• Tokens have no guaranteed value, liquidity, or future utility

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the protocol
• Create multiple wallets or engage in Sybil attacks to manipulate airdrop allocations
• Use automated systems or scripts to scrape data or abuse the claim process

All content, trademarks, logos, and software provided through the Services are the property of ETH Genesis Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we are not responsible for losses due to user error, wallet compromise, or smart contract bugs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETH Genesis Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
